Nixon Electrics are a Southwest success story. My work with them coincided with a rapid and sustainable growth period from just three personnel to over twenty in just two years, during which they have collected a growing number of awards for customer service and excellence in their field.

Through their digital implementation, I helped the director, Dave Faulkner, design a user-friendly yet detailed system enabling a highly empowered mobile workforce, allowing their technicians to quote, document and invoice jobs from tablets in the field.

Their mobile job interface was linked to staff incentives and employee productivity reporting, providing executive insight and technician motivation in a tight feedback loop.

The sales funnel was designed to allow actionable insights according to lead source, cross-referenced against other metrics such as warranty claims, technician performance and other job characteristics.

Additionally, Dave's attention to detail and ever-present drive for process improvement helped spur the development of custom apps which, in turn, became the basis of Pro Suite.
