As the newest branch of the Ford & Doonan franchise, F&D Joondalup engaged me to implement their ERP system and train their staff in order to better coordinate their resources and allow connectivity between office and field.

During the initial implementation we dramatically improved the sales process through the construction of efficient and accurate estimation tools, supplier catalogue synchronisation, automated and customised sales commission reporting, and integration with third-party industry-specific software tools.

Regulatory and internal compliance was enhanced by the rollout of automated customised reports and mandatory digital OSH forms for field workers.

Admin workload was reduced and customer experience was improved through the introduction of automated alerts and messaging triggered by workflow milestones.
