In 2021, Byblos Constructions, a West Australian construction company, embarked upon a complete systems upgrades and digital transformation.

As the implementation consultant I helped lead and facilitate a complete paper-to-cloud transformation across Byblos' three branches of operations: Perth, Tom Price and Paraburdoo.

The first phase of the implementation included documentation of the existing processes and desired outcomes, stake holder consultation, data migration, and configuration of the ERP system. This included coordinating the first direct API integration between NetSuite and simPRO, in consultation Byblos, simPRO and NetSuite.

The second phase involved onsite and remote training of office and field staff, system stress testing, iterative process improvement, and production of documentation and training manuals.

The third phase included further iterative improvements, digitising of HSEQ documents for field staff, and the production of custom BI reports using PostgreSQL.
